Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OmanBiz Solutions services ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

OmanBiz Solutions provides business consulting services including but not limited to:

• Strategic business planning and development
• Market entry consultation for Oman market
• Partnership development and facilitation
• Business process optimization
• Regulatory compliance guidance

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of OmanBiz Solutions, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for our services
• Cooperate in good faith with our consulting team
• Make timely payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies shared

4. Confidentiality

We understand that your business information is confidential. OmanBiz Solutions agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any business-sensitive data to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law in the Sultanate of Oman.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, consulting fees are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement. All fees are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise specified.

6. Limitation of Liability

OmanBiz Solutions provides consulting advice based on available information and industry best practices. While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

7. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools used by OmanBiz Solutions remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and both parties must return any confidential materials.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Muscat, Oman, in accordance with Omani commercial law.
